Get to Know Me

I qualified as an occupational therapist in 2005. For the last 15 years I have specialised in neuro working from acute, inpatient neurorehabilitation to specialist community teams. I have extensive knowledge and skills in working with adults with neurological conditions and have worked in many NHS roles including Band 8a in Acute Neurosciences and in Neurorehabilitation. My current roles include a part time Band 8a NHS clinical lead OT role for Neuro and trauma, expert witness and private community. I consider myself to be a well rounded neuro OT with skills in upper limb, vision, cognition, spasticity and vocational rehabilitation. I have vast experience of supervising and teaching neuro occupational therapists. I find it very satisfying to impart my passion and knowledge and aim to ignite and inspire this in others.
